Savannah CBLV Mission Statement
While always respecting the dignity and rights of blind and visually impaired individuals, the mission of Savannah CBLV is the provision of quality services and activities designed to help each person served adjust to a severe vision loss and to function independently at home and in the community.
To carry out our mission, we offer programs and services designed to provide high quality training in compensatory skills essential for the dignified, independent quality of life our students deserve. Completing our mission, requires that we also strive to instill self-confidence and esteem in our students since, this is necessary to gain a sense of comfort with a vision loss or blindness.
