Walk a Mile in My Shoes 2026

Help us celebrate National White Cane Safety Day, by joining us for our annual Walk A Mile in My Shoes on Saturday, October 10th from 9:30am – Noon at Lake Mayer Community Park in Savannah, Georgia.
This Peer Group planned walk will allow you to show your support and get a better understanding of blindness or vision impairment.

How do you get involved?
Put a team of 10 people together and have each person raise $100. This $1,000 will cover your registration, your food/drinks, entertainment, and a signature tee for the event. It’s easy and very rewarding.
