Help us celebrate
National White Cane Safety Day, by joining us for the annual Walk A Mile in My Shoes on Saturday, October 9th from 9am – 2pm at Lake Mayer Park located off of Montgomery Crossroads.
This Peer Group planned walk will allow you to show your support and get a better understanding of blindness or vision impairment. Learn more about National White Cane Safety Day:

How do you get involved?
Put a team of 10 people together and have each person raise $100. This $1,000 will cover your registration, your food/drinks, entertainment, and a signature tee for the event. It’s easy and very rewarding.
This is a fundraiser/awareness campaign for the Savannah Center for Blind and Low Vision. For more information, contact Corey Brooks at
